Every book is printed to order, just for you — so there's a short production window before it ships. Most orders are printed within 3-5 business days, then delivered within another 2-7 business days, for a typical total of 7-12 business days in the US. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched. Orders during busy seasons (like the holidays) may take a little longer.

Placing an order is easy! Simply navigate to the product you wish to purchase, click on the 'Add to Cart' button, and then proceed to checkout by clicking on your shopping cart. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your shipping information and payment details.

Each book is printed on demand just for you, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or minor print variations that don't affect readability.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@gormanmoran.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. Once verified, we'll gladly send a free replacement.

Only orders placed through our official website are eligible, and books showing signs of use or resale don't qualify.
